Rob Cohen founded RCC Construction Services in 2008 in Marina de Rey, California. Since its inception, RCC Construction Services has prepared hundreds of residential and commercial project estimates, ranging from $200,000.00 to $102,000,000.00. He is a member of the American Society of Professional Estimators.
Background
Before starting RCC Construction Services and providing Detailed Estimating and Client Representation Services, Rob was a licensed California “B”-Class General Contractor specializing in high-end residential and commercial construction. As such, he coordinated with clients, designers, architects, structural engineers, city officials, suppliers and sub-contractors on all aspects of custom projects, and was responsible for all aspects of budgeting, contract negotiation & client relations.

To this day, Rob Cohen maintains his California “B-Class General Contractor license (# 956573). He is often called upon as an “Expert Witness” in support of an Owners legal actions against negligent contractors, or Owners needing to contest their Insurer’s low-ball settlement offers.
Rob and his staff also estimate the cost of new builds and major remodels.
